The Eagles are 1-3. They split a DH with ETSU. The third game was washed out. The Volunteers took both ends of a DH. Again, the third game of the series was washed out. They have a 3 game series with UNLV scheduled for next weekend.

what i don't get and it happens every year...why do northern teams schedule home games or away games in the north (or close to it) in the months of february and march? don't they realize the games most likely won't be played? it seems we at Ohio always have home baseball games in early March and surprise! it's too cold or too nasty outside to play them! hehehe

just something i've always wondered...no message required.
Broncos still have some days to go before our opener. Feb 25 starts a 3-game series vs. North Florida (in Jacksonville).

I believe UNF was last year's DII national champion.
NIU is 0-3 with 3 losses against (at the time #10) Arizona State.

February
Fri. 3 at Arizona State University
(Tempe, AZ) L, 5-3

Sat. 4 at Arizona State University
(Tempe, AZ) L, 9-6

Sun. 5 at Arizona State University
(Tempe, AZ) L 8-3

Not bad against a very good team. 04-bow
