They are killing UL-Lafayette at home. Looks like a nice atmosphere. They would be a good addition for the MAC, especially basketball.

I would love the Hilltoppers in the MAC but I don't know if Joliet Catholic is ready to make the jump.

Did some quick research. Their arena holds 11,300. High crowd this year--7,336; smallest crowd 4,085. Most have been right around 4,900 to 5,100. They'd probably lead the MAC in attendance.

WKU would be my choice to add a team to get back to 14 for football....provided that no potential in-state is willing to make the jump to 1A....they have very good athletic teams.....

Yep, and I think they want in too. Of course the whole thing makes too much sense. Lets find another "Temple" to add just for fball.
