That was then----They are now on the verge of a third straight losing season (2004, 2005, 2006?). How is it everyone wants Joplin's scalp, but Ehlen gets a pass?

Note how many women BB players have gone into the UT Hall of Fame in the last 3-4 years (Jane Roman's turn this year). How many players from the last 5 years are likely to joining these wonen in 5-6 years? Maybe Kahli Carter---maybe, but that is about it.

notes from being at tonights game:

1) Questionable calls; the refs would always call questionable calls to kill momentum. From where I was sitting about 75% of UT's fouls were horrible!

2) Lack of rebounding/scoring; it seemed that in the first half CMU would be getting A LOT of 2nd and 3rd scoring oppertunities. The lack of confidence by the lady Rockets also showed tonight. Having an open shot and at the top of the key and looking for other teammates in the meanwhile is not acceptable.

I felt like I was watching the mens team out there (with the lack of rebounding). With the way the mens and womens teams are performing, I just have one question to ask; how many more days until football season?!?!?!

i don't know what was worse, seeing the women get killed at home....or seeing the mens team get killed on the road?
