Um, in case you have noticed, the mighty Bulls have compiled a 10-1 record against the 278th (of 334) toughest OOC schedule in the country. Clearly they have outgrown the MAC... lmfao lmfao lmfao

And the only teams of true substance the mighty OhioU Bobkittens have played...they lost to. SOS means nothing if you can't win your "big games".

Untrue. SOS tells a lot...it gives you a glimpse at who is better than their record might indicate (Miami) and who is overrated as could be (Buffalo). It indicates who has faced and beaten the level of competition they are likely to face on the MAC, especially on the road (Ohio), and who has fattened up on cupcakes (Buffalo).

But don't take my word for it. Just wait for March when the mighty Bulls are sitting at 11-7, and you're left scratching your head wondering what went wrong, whereas Ohio and Miami are (rightfully) battling for a championship.

Miami has no right to contest our championship.....none at all.

You're right. Cancel the season, let the Bobcats rest and get ready for their NCAA bid. :moon:

We built this bus league....we should own it.
You guys are making me defend Buffalo and I don't like it.

Overall SOS is important, but Buffalo still has two wins (Rutgers and Fresno St.) that are better than any wins by Ohio or Miami.

Average RPI of Buffalo's 9 DI wins: 200 (loss to 17 BC)
Average RPI of Ohio's 5 DI wins: 188 (Losses to 39 UK and 42 Cinn)

So its not like you guys havent had your fairshare of cupcakes. That said, Ohio played Kentucky to the wire and should of won and it was a damn impressive performance.

IMO Ohio has the most talent of any team in the MAC, but the most talented team doesnt always win (like that team in the NCAAs last year that needed to win the tourney in order to have a winning record for the season)

Im just excited for MAC play to start so all this OOC crap can go away b/c in the end its probably going to mean nothing.
