Ohio goes to 4-0 on the young season with a gut-check game on the road versus a much-improved A-10 team (URI won only 6 games last year and has already won 5 this year).

tough game, 58-51 final, SIU. it's always hard to win there; no need to apologize! they did all they could do.
Tough losses for Ball State and Kent State vs the Valley. No shame in that since we haven't beaten the Valley all year. Mac 3-4 today vs D-I. The good news is that Ohio and UB helped their at-large resumes today with key wins that win boost their rpi rankings and sos. Ohio and UB will get more ap top 25 votes this week. Too bad Ohio doesn't play UK sooner than the 30th.
