Battling through adversity with Akron and Ball State, dealing with major injuries in every facet of the game, adding a number of green freshmen into the mix, is an awful lot for a team to have to deal with.
These guys showed that they could ride out those rough moments and come through in the clutch when it counted. I know that we're all busy speculating about bowl bids and rumors, but I don't think we could head into the championship game on a better roll than the one we're on right now.
I have never been more proud of a group of players, or in the coaching job done by the staff.
One night to celebrate fellow Huskies, then on to prepping for Detroit! Enjoy this one boys!
