With UT's win over BG, both teams will need us to lose in order to play in the MACC. Having the BG and UT fans united for three hours tomorrow afternoon may be as close to "peace on earth" as we have seen in quite some time.

To reiterate the outcome one more time:
If the Huskies beat the Broncos, the Zips will face Northern Illinois in the championship based on their 24-14 victory over Bowling Green on Oct. 29.
If Western Michigan wins, the Falcons will take on the Rockets in the final because Bowling Green's opponents from the West Division would have a better conference winning percentage than Akron's crossover opponents.

So wait if we win today not only do we play in the conference championship but we would also get to screw over both BG and Toledo......talk about having your cake and eating too.
Is there any possible way with a win today, that we can turn back time so that the Ball St game never happened??

Is this why the BG and Toledo players were praying together at mid field after their game ended last night? "please, dear lord, let us unite in praying for an NIU loss tomorrow".

Regarding the NIU/Akron MACC outcome, I saw that on the MAC and ESPN websites. But I think there is another caveat that was not included in the article. Bowling Green and Miami are now 5-3 in the MAC. Akron is 4-3 and must win at Kent State tomorow. Akron wins a 3-way tiebreaker and Bowling Green wins a tiebreaker over Miami.
