Props to the Rockets tonight. After last weeks very tough loss, you could have came out and rolled over and died. You did not. You played hard for more then 60 minutes and did what you had to do. Thank you for taking WMU out of the race and hopefully killing their spirt for tomorrows game. Great effort tonight, you guys should bne proud of you Rockets tonight.
That being said, hopefully we win tomorrow and you possile go to a bowl over Akron, but not go to the MAC Title.

Yeah guys, great effort tonight, especially considering all you were up against. Hopefully we can beat WMU and Akron and get you guys the 2nd MAC Bowl Bid.

In a way I hope it plays out that we don't make the MACC game, but get a bowl bid anyway. I do think that is how it will happen if Akron gets into the MACC game. The Bowl committee may want to make the bid before that game. If NIU beats them (assuming they get by WMU) - we would have to be the odds on favorite to get the bid.
Be careful though - a team with nothing to play for (WMU) can be tough to beat. That will be their bowl game and they would love to be the co-champs with just one other team - and we get the nod because of a home game win over them early in the year....
this is interesting - and a lot of fun.
