Yeah, almost looked like his back bent at a 90 degree angle below his shoulder pads.

Yeah I hope he is okay. With Moore and Hawkins both injured, this would hurt Toledo if they live to see another game.

It looked like the BG defender left his feet and tried to level Hawkins. Hawkins was going across the middle and laying out for the ball and the BG defender was just going for the hit. They called it helmet to helmet and 15 yds but it was more like shoulder to helmet. Either way...it was seriously ugly. Hawkins looked like he could have been decapitated on that play. I was surprised and grateful that he got up on his own and stumbled to the sidelines.
