huge weekend MAC fans - if Akron beats BG and CMU beats Toledo, there is a chance that each division could have three-way ties
I like Toledo to be very prepared for the Central game and for BG to bounce back - to me, the most entertaining game of the weekend just may be Buffal/Ohio U
Now that Omar Jacobs is hurt, any thoughts people on who the MAC player of the year will be? NIU's Phil Horvath? Toledo's Bruce Gradkowski? Someone else?
Coach of the year? Right now it may be WMU's Cubit. If CMU beats Toledo, Coach Kelly tosses his name into the hat

So am I. I'd really like to see that Ohio/Buffalo game. Both teams are better than their records indicate.
I think BG comes out ready to play a complete game for only the 2nd time all year.
CMU hosting UT is an interesting one....CMU's student section can be very loud and imposing. But UT has been there before and knows how to win the big games. That would be another one to see!
As far as MAC POTY? I think it's a total toss up at this point.
COTY has to be Cubit so far, with Kelly not far behind.
