It seems some are down on our running game and while I agree that it has not been nothing great, it has not been that bad either considering the few chances given so far.

Chester Johnson 21 rushes, 96 yards, 4.6 avg
Dwight Lindon 13 rushes, 54 yards, 4.2 avg
Abdule Levier 6 rushes, 21 yards, 3.5 avg

against LaTech these three guys only rushed the ball 16 times. We need to get them going against K-State.

Wouldn't it be great if we had a back that gains over 250 yards a game. Well, we haven't got one yet and maybe we won't ever have one. Who knows. But, I can tell you one thing until we do I can't see winning a lot of games.

We have a guy up here at Crowville,La. that plays at the new school in Winnsboro that is something to watch. He carried the ball just 19 times and scored 6 touchdowns. He scored these touchdowns on runs of 80, 63, 43,30, 10, and 3 yards. By the way, he ran for 324 yards aganist Westlake last friday night. I forgot to mention that the name of the school is Franklin Parish High School.
