Jesus - what's going on in Kalamazoo? Brady calls a fake FG rather than attempt a 42 yarder, and it fails. A pass interference call gives WMU a 32 yard FG attempt that they miss. WMU fumbles in the 5th OT. Just bizarre.

We'll be graciuos...as one Bronco fan had alluded -we are not the worst team in the MAC ( Ball State and Buffalo) we won with 1 arm tied...while were FAR from good I know we are licking our chops for the girls from UT to roll in.....

Yeah, don't quite get the fake FG. Wait, let me correct myself. I don't get that call at all. Even drunk I do not ge that call. He (we) got lucky on that one.

A couple NIU fans watching on Comcast said that it looked like it might have been a botched attempt and fire call, but the BSU radio guys described it only as a fake and that's what I'm going off of. A VERY strange call, if so, but it worked out simply due to a choking dog kicker.
As I pointed out on the BSU board that someone said to me, with the way our defense was playing, maybe Brady figured we had to get a TD there. Maybe he thought kicking a FG wouldn't have done anything anyway.
That said, I don't agree with the call either.

Congrats! However, beware of the curse of multiple OT games. Last season, CMU and EMU both got crushed a week after our 4-OT win. CMU lost 36-6 at Buffalo (
), while EMU got drilled by Kent State (69-17?).
