Dear Sam,

Barely 24 hours ago I was on this very same site telling everyone that you can't get off the line against press coverage and have trouble catching the ball in traffic. Then last night you went high in traffic and almost split two guys into the end zone, made a couple rediculous moves with defenders closing in on you, and drug a draft-worthy cornerback 20 yards down the field. To be honest, that wasn't even the most impressive part of the that play. What really got me was the way you ran straight through the press coverage off the line and were wide open before you took your third step.

So, for making me look and sound like a total idiot, I say thanks and keep it up.

P.S. If it takes a little criticism to make you perform your best, Sam, then read this before the Toledo game. You're slow and your feet stink. Okay, I have no idea how foot odor translates to football but I need to save the "Your Mama's" for the MAC championship game and I'm running out of options.
Sam has had a hell of a season. However, he fell (or was pulled down) in the endzone at NU when the game was on the line and he had a ball bounce off his hands in OT at Akron when the game was on the line.

It is hard to get down on him given his overall excellent play, but I sure do wish he had made at least one of those two plays when the game was on the line.

Not really related to the subject, but NIU players read this board, I am 100% sure at least one of them does. And if 1 of them does, then probably more do.

And i'm about 100% sure they could care less about what we say.

Wily did I say they did? No need to jump all over me. I know alot of people wonder if players read the board, and it has been debated before, I am 100% sure atleast 1 of them does.

Foot Order? Never mind, I don't need Sam to make me look like an idiot, I'm doing a good job of that myself!
