...for MAC teams playing the Buckeyes, all I can say is...good freakin' luck! Score: 45-15, over 300 rushing yards <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="eek.gif" /> , and the pain's not over yet. A freshman named Clarrett went for over 170 yards and two TDs. Of course, Texas Tech may not be that great on defense...I claim no expertise on that team.

That freshman tailback looked very good for Ohio State. I think they are going to be very tough for anyone to beat this year.

Good luck, Flashers. Glad we don't get 'em until '03.
Teams best shot in beating tOSU looks to be stopping the run and forcing the QB to play-make on his own. He is pedestrian, but Clarett looked like the goods. Nice spring to the outside.

Also notable was the play of the D-line, Will Smith and Darion Scott (Darion is a Poca, WV native who played high school ball at Capital) looked tough and their secondary brings some pop.

He graduated from HS early and joined tOAMU in spring practice (I give him credit for that.)

I read an article today saying TT had 9 starters back on defense, so all things considered tOAMU looked good.

Tressell is a good coach, no doubt. It is good for the MAC w/ him at tOAMU too.
