It looks like 2 competitors for available bowl slots may have just popped onto the radar screen, because the SVCB may not actually be played this year. The SVCB has been unable (again) to find a sponsor to pay the teams AND now Fox decided not to air it.
If it doesn't get it's financial house in order (and soon), the SVCB could free up the PAC10 #6 team and maybe a WAC 1/2/3 team (BoiseSt and Hawaii - the only 2 WAC teams currently eligible, are commitmed elsewhere).
