This game is a bit of a rivalry and with 1 quarter in the books Ohio leads 7-0. Chad Brinker had a great TD run late in the 1st. I am not so sure the MAC East has been decided just yet. UCF is still in it as well as Marshall and Ohio.
Go Bobkitties! And don't forget...
<span style='font-family:Arial'><span style='font-size:21pt;line-height:100%'><span style='color:green'>SWEEP THE LEG!!!</span></span></span>
He's Baaaaaaaccckkkkk!!!!!!!
Leftwich tosses touchdown pass....Herd then holds Ohio and scores on a Butchie Wallace run. HERD 17-7.
What was that you were saying?
<!--EDIT|Herd Fan 4-Life|Nov 23 2002, 05:44 PM-->
Stan Hill scores on the same play that beat Miami. HERD up 24-13 with 8:58 left.
Ohio scores on a run and adds the 2 pt conversion.
Herd 24
OU 21
3:42 left to play.
HERD recovers the onside kick. Ohio with no timeouts. 3:36 and counting.
Oddass, what can I say. I can only imagine what your sad life is composed of. How can one person be so destetable? I have never met you but I have met a hundred people just like you. "Sweep the leg", whats up with that.`How about shoot your self or jump in front of a bus. No better yet, choke on a cheese puff. That your existence is defined by your football team is pitiful.
and marshall wins it..
Guess ucf will have to wait `til next year
Congrats etc. blah, blah...
but what the hell was HIll thinking about when he ran the 4th down play with jsut over 1:30 and he's got :17 left on the play clock! Bonehead move! OU might have jumped, might have used those last :17 to pull the game out, in fact it did give the shot at the FG...
Inexpereince, I guess.
Kudos to all 4 teams on the FOX today! Great football!
MAC looked god today!
Of course, nobody was watching because they were all watching the BCS teams, but, hey, the MAC as always put up a quality show and some first rate football!
The rest of the games sucked in the MAC today,
but at least they weren't on TV up here.
