I like Miami's chances of going 4-0 in non-conference with that schedule. I don't think Iowa will be as good this year and the other 3 are beatable.

It looks like Miami's MACC hopes come down to those last 4 games. What a rush to the end of the season!
Other than it's tough to start with those 3 road games, it's an excellent schedule, and even more importantly (from a selfish perspective), also well suited for eCK to take in at least a couple games (already have plans in place for Northwestern with a pal who has season tix, and am planning on making either the BG or Marshall "bash" depending on how my business schedule (and travel) works out).

The CSU rumors were apparently true, and now we RedHawk fans are hoping that the rest of the rumor is true, that being that CSU is coming to Oxford as a part of a 1 fer 1 in 2004. This would be great as 2004 was the only year upcoming (thru 2009 I think) in which MUr didn't have 5 IA home games already lined up. Now, with CSU in place (we hope) we have some great home OOC games on tap as follows: 2004: CSU; 2006: Northwestern; 2008: Kansas State; in addition to UC in 2003, 2005, 2007, and 2009. This will help us to easily maintain the pending attendance requirements as well.

UCF has some good looking future OOC home games as well:

2004: West Virginia (2-1); 2006: NC State (1-1); 2008: Pittsburgh (2-1), 2009: Miami (2-1).

Dodo!
What?!
Your undergrad days so afflict your memory that it only goes back 1 year?
Has 2001 already receded into the misty past?
And have you also forgotten this past year's game which was one of your tougher home wins???
I think it's too many Little Kings with White Castle chasers...

Dodo,
Good looking sked there...

BG needs to get on the ball and start getting more teams in Perry Stadium. We've had Missouri, Pitt and Temple (if you consider the Owls a BCS team!) in recent years. We have Temple and Wyoming lined up in the next few years with 1 for 1's but we need more. A 4 game series with South Florida started this past season.

AD Paul Krebs has a ton of contacts and has done a fabulous job as our AD...he needs to land a couple of big ones in Falconland like others have done.

I've loved your schedule the last few years -- it's allowed you to beat up on some decent BCS schools.

2001? I don't remember that year. My Shrink says it was trauma induced. :D

I don't remember exactly what happened, but I know that every time I approach my son's "cribb" I break out into a cold sweat...
