Brandon Hunter was always misunderstood at Ohio University. However, I believe he was even more misunderstood by most of the MAC. Please take two minutes to read the above article, to better understand the second greatest basketball player in Ohio University history.

What a nice article. Hunter produced, produced and produced with no front court help at all. OUr two other front courts are 'shooting forwards' Esterkamp at 6'6" and Halbert at 6'5". Those guys are both very good players but they are not inside players. Hunter had no help--he was constantly double and triple teamed. Center Delvar Barrett is a good player but he missed the last half of the season (injury) and it took him most of the first half of the year to get up to MAC speed after transferring in. If OU had anyone else helping Hunter in the front court, we easily win the MAC tourney.

Given his production despite no front court help, BRANDON HUNTER FIRST TEAM ALL-AMERICAN.
