Arkansas was placed on 3 years probation this morning after the NCAA ruled that a booster overpaid athletes that worked for him. Arkansas took action on themselves by taking away 8 football scholarships for the next 4 years. The NCAA is taking 2 more away for one more year. Arkansas also has to give up all 56 permitted paid recruiting visists for next year. Full story link below:

No, it says they have to give up 6 of their 56. I know it couldn't be all 56 because they didn't take away all of Marshall's recruiting visits.
