If anybody has updated stadium pictures of their team's stadium, please post them!!

I love lookin at them...plus, I don't think JD Heel will bother posting MAC Stadiums like he's been doing for other conferences.

It says all that? Those hicks just can't spell can they?
If you read the fine print, it also says, "Toledo has never won here."

Well when you bug the opponents lockerroom, intercept headset transmissions from the opposing team, Marshall makes it hard for any team to fairly win there. Dont worry though, that will all change this year, and I will be on hand to watch it.

Never. I guess Marshall played in a different stadium when they were in the MAC back in the 60's and 70's?

When was the last time Marshall won at Toledo, anyway?
I've got it from an inside source that those signs also contain hidden messages that are actually relaying intercepted transmissions from the visiting teams.
I believe these signs are from the Miami game and if I can make it out correctly it says..."hey, let's run the ball on 3 consecutive downs and see if we can hold 'em". :D
Another inside source (who I can't reveal) says that these signs are used on occasion to instuct the MAC refs working the game how to collect their payoff monies.
And I haven't confirmed this yet but rumor has it that some of those fans are props who coach Pruett is paying out of his own bank account to hold those signs during gamedays.
'Dem dang rednecks just down play far and can't spel ether vary good'! :crying:

Marshall did play in a different stadium back then.

I believe that this stadium opened in 1991.

That's no rumor.

Marshall played at Fairfield Stadium until 1990. The Herd last won in Toledo in 1978. Toledo last won in Huntington in 1980 at Fairfield Stadium.

Marshall has a four game winning streak against the Rockets in Huntington. Toledo has a three game winning streak against the Herd in Toledo.

Toledo leads the series 14-11. The Rockets are 9-2 in Toledo. Marshall is 9-5 in Huntington.

Actually Toledo leads the all-time series 21-18-1. Some of those games were way back in the old days before the MAC even existed.

Example - The Rocket defeated 12th ranked Marshall 13-7 in 1938. The game was played in Toledo and a record crowd of 9,500 fans were in attendance. It was the 2nd season of existence for the Glass Bowl (I believe it officially had 5,000 seats at the time), however it was not named the Glass Bowl until 1946. I can't remember the previous name though.

Toledo leads the series 18-17 since 1950. Now in games that were MAC games, Marshall leads 11-9.
You're correct. I didn't notice that what I posted was only the games since 1962. Oops.
