Congrats Marshall! Everyone was talking about BG, UT, or NIU scoring an upset today and nobody gave you guys a chance. HUGE win against the #6 team in the country on the road. This is the biggest MAC win this year! You guys have finally got the monkey off your back and beat a ranked team out of conference. The fact that we beat you guys tells me we should be able to hang with Pitt. However, Pitt might be better than OSU or KSU, so we'll see. GO MAC!

What is the highest mranked team ever beaten by a MAC school?

ESPN said this was the highest ranked team to be beaten by a MAC team. I think I read someone else say Miami over LSU was when they were #7.

I'm pretty sure LSU was #8 when we (Miami) beat 'em in 1986. We also beat #10 Purdue in 1962.
