schedule????
What a grueling 3 game stretch - Home vs BG on Oct 11
Away vs NIU on Oct 18
Home vs Herd on Oct 25

Ouch.

I'm not sure any other team in the conference has that tough of a
3 game stretch this year. I'm sure Coach Darnell has a plan, but
sheesh!!

BG has Oct 25 Home vs NIU, and then the always tough BYE on Nov 1
before the ESPN (?) Tuesday niter @ Cryami. That MAC is gonna be
exciting down to the finish!

p.s. Also of note to Huskie fans - no open dates between now and the end of season - that could become a factor.

Go HERD!!
Toledo has NIU, WMU and BG to end the season. Could be tough if WMU doesn't suck.
And OU has Akron, Miami & Marshall, which could be tough if Akron doesn't suck.

I still have no idea about Akron and WMU. Any ideas on which way they'll go?
I think those two schools are close. Edge: Western.

After the obvious top five, you have Western Michigan and Central Florida with Akron sniffing their butts.

Go HERD!!
I would say Miami's schedule of Iowa, Northwestern, and Colorado St has been the most grueling considering they were all on the road. And one was halfway across the country.
Toledo@ Marshal
Toledo hosts Pitt.
Toledo@Cuse
May not be the hardest but still is very hard three games
Ball State has Miami, Toledo, and Northern Illinois on successive Saturdays beginning Oct. 18.

Don't make fun of BYE...Ohio U. lost to them a couple of years ago.
We were pretty beat up after the Md game, though no major injuries. That was a physical game! We're in great health after Alabama - IMO, not as physical of a game by our opposition. If we stay healthy, not having the bye week won't be a factor, though I'd love to have one in the middle of the MAC schedule.

Another factor - our crossover games are @Buffalo and vs. Ohio. BG is @ Miami, UT was @ Marshall (which figures as a VERY big win for the Rockets considering).
Our last game thre games are

Toledo v WMU

Toledo v NIU smelly dogs

Toledo v BG Birdbrains
 I still love the Broncos!

I kind of thought that playing Tennessee, Toledo and Kansas State three weeks in a row was pretty tough.

That's where you'll find the Navy mascot.
