Did anyone see the stands at KSU???? they liiiiiiiiiiied abouthaving 6,728. Looked more like 728, including the teams and bands.
Pitiful, time for Rick Chryst to shake up the conference and get rid of some teams before the NCAA does and get some teams that have attendance higher than the the IQ of an average Water Buffalo.

Which brings me to the point some folks never seem to grasp: If the NCAA is gonna do it, why should Chryst?
And that assumes shedding teams is a good thing.
If all the (good) teams re-align to other conferences and then the NCAA imposes the new rules then the MAC is stuck with crap teams that noone wants and the SOS in BCS is no better than we have now.
Better teams in the MAC and NIU, MIAMI, & BG are all ranked higher and getting the respect they deserve.

And of course the Big 11 should shed itself of Northwestern and Indiana, the SEC should rid itself of Vandy, etc...

Yes we have looked poor so far, we havent had a chance to lose to any 1-AA teams yet.
Maybe if you beat someone better than ETSU(barely) you should talk a little. I have no problem is saying that we look bad this year. BUT if you see our losses, we have not been embarrassed by the Leathernecks out of Macomb Illinois.
Whose only claim to fame is an A**hole linebacker named Brian Cox. And they dont even like him.
AND a team that went 9-3 last year(i did that to make your 9 losses look good) has to look at themselves first before making fun of 7-5 team(our 7 were wins and 6 were in Conference)
Eastern has conference championships under their belt. Perhaps certain UCF fans may want to aspire to that prior to running their mouths?

Try to follow me here. I have NEVER defended EMU's performance on the gridiron...it's been atrocious. Nice attempt at trying to set up a straw man to support your lame statements. :chair:
But, I did find an interesting little fact. Let's compare scores from UCF's last game against Kent State and EMU's last game against Kent State:
Kent State 36, Central Florida 16. :eek:
Eastern Michigan 26, Kent State 17.

and another UCF 31 - 6 over EMU 1999 and UCF 27- 10 in 1997
and another stat ...........UCF 32 - 6 KSU last year
Win one then bring up some stats.
