"OU spokesman Jack Jeffery said OUPD made 23 arrests and gave seven citations throughout the weekend. However, of the 30 charges, only four were OU students."

Last February, my brother's girlfriend was living with two blonde girls for apartment roomates. The girlfriend was leaving a quarter early, and needed to sublet the apartment. Since the blonde girls were virgins, the running joke between me and my brother was put an add in the paper stating "Two Blonde Virgins looking for a roomate".
Anyways, one weekend when bro's girlfriend was out of town, the blonde virgins made a trip to one of the bars in uptown Athens, they met a couple of guys from OSU. The one blonde (Becky) saw a couple of her friends at the bar, and ran off leaving the other blonde (Kim) with the OSU guys. The OSU guys were very drunk, and wanted to get something to eat, so Kim started to walk to the pizza shop. Then one OSU kid puked allover Kim's top. So Kim, walked backed to her apartment for a change of clothes, bringing the OSU guys with her.
Kim was not an ordinary girl. She had been in a severe car accident where she suffered mild brain damage. While I've not seen it to verify, she apparently, has a tube in the back of her head to drain excess skull fluid. Often she has bouts of dizziness, and occasionally has to take days off from school because of it. She drinks, and it has to be all the more dangerous for her.
So, Kim takes these OSU drunkards back to her place. While she was changing her top, the one slightly more sober OSU who hadn't chucked, walked into her bedroom and raped her. The OSU guys then fled the scene, a classic case of buckeye dating behavior. Foutunetly, she was able to get past the incident to finish up her accounting degree in June.
OSU students love to crash the big parties at OU and cause mayhem. I advocate destroying the horeshoe in retaliation.
