Leaders from the six conferences that started the BcS in 1998 will meet Sunday in New Orleans with representatives of the five Division I-A conferences that are trying to improve their access to the nation's most lucrative bowl games.

If the BcS leaders don't come to a resolution, Utah's attorney general might call for an anti-trust investigation.

An investigation would be a good thing for all non-BCS leagues... it would be a lose/lose for the BCS, especially if they have to open up the books or have to provide evidence of their collusion.
