As that thread had quickly deteriorated into name calling and insults, I moved it. If I had been able to move in to the Spin Room where it belonged in the first place, I would have.

Seems like there's a lot of queasy people in that thread.
Politics and sports discussions do not seem to mix all that well. You get the same name-calling only I think most folks take it even more personally since some of their "core" beliefs are attacked and ridiculed. In the end, few political positions are altered as a result of the enlightened "discussion"........
Honestly, I prefer not knowing everyone's political "leanings" here, although I guess some are meant to be obvious due to the little 'signature tags" and cute sayings that some of you feel compelled to use.
