Here's the first few paragraphs:
DeKALB - City officials say they are reviewing the liquor license of a night club they say hosted a "recruit party" in December for the NIU football team, knowing that underage people would attend the party.
A Huskie football player was already charged with unlawful sales of IDs outside of the bar the night of the alleged party, and an underage NIU student was charged with unlawfully being in the bar that night.
The allegations involving the Amnesia Night Club are contained in a city liquor commission notice released Thursday afternoon and signed by Mayor Greg Sparrow, who is also the city's liquor commissioner. Owners of the 1000 W. Lincoln Highway bar will attend a liquor commission hearing at 4 p.m. Feb. 23 in which they could be fined or lose their license.
According to the hearing notice, Amnesia president James Sanfilippo was contacted in late November and agreed the club would host a "recruit" party for the football team on Dec. 5. He knew underage people would attend the party, the notice alleges. Sanfillippo allegedly quoted a price of $1,800 for 10 kegs of beer and a DJ
