Outside of football, Marshall has done very little in the MAC. Their men's basketball teams have been tremendously disappointing. We humiliated Western Kentucky's men's team in the Sun Belt Conference semifinals while our women crushed Western Kentucky in the Sun Belt's women's finals.

MT Women also defeated #11 North Carolina in the 1st round of the NCAA tournament.
