I get the feeling Josh Harris was it. Any sleepers out there?
MAC players are ineligible for the draft due to their schools not meeting attendance requirements.
I'm still pulling for Zips WR's Matt Cherry and Nick Sparks. The draft makes you realize how many good players there are out there. If the ~117 I-A teams each have 85 on the roster that's close to 10,000 players just in I-A and of course some draftees come from lower divisions. If approx. 1/5 of the players are graduating seniors and those coming out early, that's roughly 2,000 to choose from. Lots of competition out there.

Speaking of competition, did you notice tOSU has already had 12 players drafted, easily more than the MAC schools combined? That's just gotta stop somehow. 03-banghead
Miami's OG Jacob Bell went in the 5th round.
I expect Cherry to get drafted
Congrats to UCF's Michael Gaines, who went in the 7th round to Carolina (#232).
For those that didn't get drafted, there's always the free agent route. I heard someone on one of the sports radio shows say something like 70 drafted players never make the team and 70 undrafted players do. Any chance to get a foot in the door and prove yourself is all one can ask I suppose. Good luck to all.

It's actually better to be a free agent than drafted in the 7th round - you get your choice of teams to join, rather than being dictated to by the draft.
Word is that at least a couple of Miami players (RB Cal Murray and TE Matt Brandt) have signed FA contracts today as well.
