I'm leaning toward #s 1 and 2, myself.

I think part of it is the matchups this year have been tough with BG vs. Oklahoma and Miami vs. Michigan. Toledo just looks crappy, they'll probably do okay in their division though.

The bottom level teams in the MAC always stuggled against the Big Boys.
