My latest weekly MAC column is now up at <a href='http://againsttheline.com/artman/publish/article_381.shtml' target='_blank'>Against The Line</a>
and will be posted at CFN later this week as well.
Nice article.
Looks like our picks & scores are quite similiar.
Thanks Nick. Like I said about great minds.
I have to admit though that I hate picking against the MAC in so many of these games. Hopefully this weekend the MAC will turn things around a bit.
I know I shouldn't, but I'll bite.
How is Ball State "heretofore-hapless?" Purdue beat the snot out of us, but the effort against Boston College was anything but that. Don't forget, we had the ball with under 4 minutes to go and down only a touchdown and two-point conversion. That's not hapless.

It's been building to hapless for some time now.
Quote: Central Michigan, Western Michigan, Ohio, UCF, Buffalo and Eastern Michigan all lost by at least 20 points to BCS competition.
***AHEM***
CMU lost 24-7. Looks like we have the same mathematical issues this week, HD.

Damned EMU edumacation!
OK, NOW you can call Ball State hapless. :crying:
I wouldn't be so quick to abandon ship, Mike. Let's see what happens when Western Michigan comes to town next Saturday. If it results in another blowout, which I highly doubt, then maybe we can call them hapless. I still remember the Boston College game of just two weeks ago. Nobody was calling the Cards hapless then.
