In recruting, Illinois has an advantage in who they play. NIU has the advantage in who they are. :)

Dude got a 16 on his ACT...don't you need a 18 to qualify?
18 is the bare minimum you can get. However, it goes bewteen your grades from high school, and your ACT score. Even if you have straight a's and score 17 your a partial qualifyer, but if you have poor grades and scored a 22 or something then your fine. Kinda messed up. BTW poor meaning mostly c's.
