Papa Lou BSU Wrote:How conveeeeeeeeeeeeeenient. And how typical of the perverted sense of priorities in Huntington. It really wasn't perverted.
It would have been perverted if, after he beat the crap out of himself, he did what Dick Cheney suggested a senator do to himself. THAT would have been perverted.

FWIW, Stick's post -- and those of his sock on the West Virgina boards -- remains the only public statement that these charges have been dropped.

Fair enough. But the Google news feature didn't pull up anything, and it usually grabs the WV papers.

Quote:* A charge of malicious wounding against Marshall defensive tackle Roger Garrett was dropped in Cabell County Magistrate Court Tuesday.
The felony was dropped "without prejudice," meaning the charge can be refiled at a later date.
Garrett was arrested and charged last week in connection with a controversial bar fight that left Ohio State player Redgie Arden with a broken nose and facial lacerations. Garrett was believed to have kicked Arden in the face.
Due to the charges, Garrett did not accompany Marshall to its game at Ohio State last Saturday.
The sophomore defensive tackle will be in uniform when the Herd takes on Georgia at 1 p.m. Saturday in his home state. Garrett is a native of Newton, Ga.

Thanks. We disagree on a lot, but I hope you know that I always try to work from the facts.
