I thought the game telecast showed him up in the press box. Is he upstairs or on the sideline?

Upstairs. DC Denny Doornbos is on the sideline.
Speaking of Doornbos, that was a very cool shot caught by ESPN of him and the other Defensive coach high fiving after an NIU sack.

I think that might have been a G.A., but yeah, it was pretty cool.

Not a lot of talk about the difference in defensive gameplan this year against the spread. The blitzing worked in '02, but we got burned badly with it in '03. This year the sit-back approach worked well.

BTW - Cole Magner had 12 catches. 7 were on the one last TD drive they had. Talk about your padded stats.
