Can the Bulls pull off the biggest win in their program's history? Doubtful but that score sure looks funny. 03-lol
lol according to ABC, the score is 79-6
Miami - 20
Buffalo - 7

Approx. 10 minutes left in the 4th
Miami up 20-7 in the second half............MU just scored and then intercepted a Buffalo pass at the 46. Story of the game is penalties..........Miami has 11 for over 100 yards. Betts is 22-30 for 282 yards so far..............
23-7 Miami late in the 4th.
Safety..........Miami 25, Buffalo 7.
It's a "wrap"..........25-7.

MU dominated the stats (TOP 40 minutes to 20 minutes, 418 yds. O vs. 151, with our QB Betts 25-36 for 309 yards), but untimely penalties really hurt us today. But a win is a win.
I was surprised the stats were so lopsided to Miami. The game was closer than that, at least until the fourth quarter. UB played tough. It's not often I get to say that. :D

UB was down 13-7 at the end of the 3rd quarter, but had a 3rd and goal from the 2 to start the fourth quarter (a mighty long walk the length of the field in the rain). I was already wondering whether they would go for it on fourth down if they don't score. QB Piscorik (you need a scorecard to tell the QBs) rolls to the right, runs out of room to run, but just steps out of bounds before getting off the throw. Fourth down from the 8. Chip shot field goal missed.

The fourth quarter was closer to what most people expected, including the UB center sailing the ball over the punter and out of the endzone for a safety. But even on the Miami scoring drives, they had to make a lot of 3rd and longs. After the embarrassment vs. Big Ben (yeah, like I can spell his last name) last year, they were only 2 yards from taking the lead against Miami in the fourth quarter. Robinson returned 2 punts for TDs last year. This year they did a good job of keeping the ball away from him.

The weather sounded worse than it actually was- it never rained or hailed that hard - I managed to stay pretty dry in the stands. Pretty windy though.

Buffalo vs Miami II tomorrow. Think about this- the Bulls have more wins than the Bill and Dolphins combined!! 04-drinky
