can place a rat-phuck team like Minnesota as high as 13th in the nation, then 20th, and get their gopher-bucked-tooth-@sses kicked by Michigan State. Don't tell me there's no phucking shell game going on here!? Then, Michigan, struggles to beat a sub-bottom-feeder like Illinois (actually, the wolfies were losing in the third quarter). 04-drinky
Could anyone have expected a poor Michigan State team to score 51 points on any Big Ten team this year? I don't know what happened, but my guess is that they took the Michigan loss last week really bad and just weren't in the game today, mentally. MSU is a bad team.

I think this is just part of this whole season's weirdness. MSU loses to Rutgers, which only beat Temple 16-6 today. Minnesota only loses to Michigan, at Michigan, 27-24. Then they lose 51-17 to MSU. This has been a crazy year, no doubt.
Minnesota was looking very good to begin the year. They absolutely smashed Toledo. I thought they deserved the rank. I don't know how they got beat by Mich State.
Minne-ha-ha smashed UT because of Mason's (emotional payback makeup) attitude. Even so, if someone rated them as high as 13th, that same someone should move them down to 50 or lower after today. Incidentally, I watched both games (the Phallics spread some kitty litter around) and MSU allowed less rushing yards against the bucked-tooths than they did against CMU, and everyone knows we (CMU) shouldn't be even rated in D1 with the way were playing. 03-banghead
Minnesota also beat Colorado State 34-16 and Northwestern 43-17, and then Penn State 16-7. They were 5-0 going into the game against Michigan. In that game they led and looked like they were going to win, before Michigan scored to win 27-24. At 5-1 and only losing by 3 at Michigan I can see why they were ranked high.

Maybe it's because Toledo isn't that good.

Yeah. You beat Ball State 51-13 today. We beat them 52-14. We just beat Ohio 31-13, let's see what happens next week when you play them.

If you think Toledo isn't good, then you must also think that everyone in the MAC isn't good either.

Speaking of ***** mascots..............Ohio had something at our game today. It was just plain awful. It was sort of an octagon shape. Mostly green with some white lines through it. There was a lady walking with it, I think to help it walk. It made me feel better about our *****.

LOFL! I think that's referred to as, "crushed puzzie." :D

Wasn't as close as the score. Ball State fumbled three times in the first half deep in their own end -- and recovered.

It was 35-3 at the half.

Then again, maybe anyone who quotes C.S. Lewis, needs his phucking head examined? :D
Well.......I'm extremely happy to see we have a Big 10 thread going here on the MAC board.

I guess it shouldn't suprise me though.

Hey, cereal(KIX)-in-your-butt, that thread ended five steps up. :D

Perhaps it was because Minnesota's D isn't really that good, and UT's O didn't take advantage of it. That and UT's D stinks.

And we were winning 31-14 at halftime despite fumbling the ball and having Ohio return it for a TD. We also led 21-0 at the end of the 1st Qtr against them. :withstupid:
