A good sign. Hopefully there's more than 6k at the game at Huskie Stadium is busting at the seams.

“It’s easier for students if they don’t have to go all the way to the Convocation Center to pick up their tickets.
haha holy crap

I get feeling on campus (still a student) that this game is going to be insanity. I'm thinking Maryland last year insanity! The greatest quote I ever read involved a girl who couldn't go to the Maryland game, lived on Greenbriar, and commented on how "From my back door, I could hear the crowd roar, as if I were at the game."

I will be in full regailia for this game, regardless of the cold. I hope that we are the most intimidating crowd UT ever plays in front of. I hope that we're loud from pillar to post!

Go Huskies!
Hula, I hope you're right. The Stadium needs to be a zoo tomorrow night. Let's just keep it clean (and safe).
In terms of safty and cleanliness, I've been pretty impressed with the students this year. IN COMPARISON, though. The last couple of years exposed that fact that our fan base wasn't sure how to root for a winner. I think that the students could still clean-up a bit, but in general, they've been far more congenial towards the opposing teams.

In terms of excitement, we (the students) will not disappoint. Let the insanity commence....

I just got excited for this game.....It is August 1st, right?

I don't care what it takes, but make sure the students get into the heads of the Toledo players. Let's make it a replay of the 2002 BG game. We need to show the country that NIU has the craziest, most rabid fans in the MAC. 04-rock
I have a feeling this game is going to be crazy, the likes of that BG game and Maryland. Everyone knows what is up for grabs.
That won't be a problem! A friend of mine is a huge Notre Dame fan and has been to a fair number of their home games. He went to the Maryland game with me last year and basically said "I've never seen anything like this in my life!"

By the way.... I'm painting up for my 3:30 class! The teacher wouldn't cancel, so I warned her that I was going to wear my outfit for class...

Are there some teachers canceling class tomorrow?

Try and get someone to take a picture of you in class in the outfit with the teacher!!!! 04-bow 04-bow
Hell, I'll take a camera! Consider it done.

Dude it really is going fast; People who haven't been to games all year are not only going to this game, but excited about it! Now lets just see how excited they are about the 39 degree weather!
Could it be a record crowd?

I went ahead and got rabies just for this game. I'm even foaming at the mouth. So I should be sufficiently rabid. Even the huskie dogs will be afraid of me! :D

And will they stay past halftime?
In regards to the question about a record crowd - Ticketmaster is now selling tickets in Sec. C Row 55. I can't believe it! It looks like the West side may be only half full.

I hope so! People seem to realize what this game is for.
Don't let Ticketmaster fool you. Lots of people like to sit up higher at that stadium for a better view. I highly doubt that the West side will be only half full.

I really like this idea! Rabid Huskie fans - with rabies! We could all drink something that would put foam all over our mouths (Gee, how hard would THAT be?), and start screaming wildly, while thrashing about in our seats. Can you just imagine how crazy that would look? 28,000 fans foaming at the mouth! Gotta love it!! 04-rock

I bought tickets from tickermaster last week and got sec C row 78 so they must sell the higher ones first because of the better view.
