Men

16:20 left, 2nd half: CMU 39, Minnesota 38

I'm hearing that we're getting "Big 10-ed" by the refs a bit.

9:33 left, 2nd half: American 51, Ohio's flagship 41

15:40 left, 2nd half: Ball State 48 , IUPUI 41

11:53 left, 1st half: BGSU 26 , Penguins 9 (<span style='color:red'>!</span>)

Women

14:11 left, 2nd half: Kent 33, Syracuse 31
Kent State just beat Syracuse 60-49 in women's. Syracuse has been awful in recent years but was 6-1 coming into the game. So all in all, a decent win for Kent State, which has been inconsistent to this point. Haven't seen a recent update, but I am sure a CMU win would be dismissed because Minnesota is a bad B10 team ignoring the fact CMU is "supposed" to be a bad MAC team.

The point might be moot. We're on the wrong end of a bad foul disparity and Minnesota is up 61-53 late. 03-banghead
Bobcats lost to American 64-55 in Washington D.C. Hopefully the young cats will learn from these past two games. The MAC road games will be much harder than these past two. O'shea has only three weeks to clean it up. The poor shooting killed the cats today. Live by trey die by the trey. Bobcats fail to win a road game in 2004. 0-12 going back to last season. Last road win(Coppin State was on a neutral court) for Bobcats was against Akron in the MAC tourney two years ago. Last regular season road win was over Miami two years ago.

NIU vs EIU about to start!
I just got back from the UB-Niagara game. No, it is not over. It is just starting.

The good news is that the game sold out, but I am a season ticket holder.

The bad news is that the game sold out, AND I COULDN'T GET MY KIDS IN!!! 03-banghead 03-banghead 03-banghead 03-banghead 03-banghead 03-banghead 03-banghead 03-banghead 03-nutkick

I could be cruel and leave them home while I go to the game, BUT MY WIFE IS AT A COOKIE EXCHANGE!!! :chair: :chair: :chair: :chair: 03-nutkick

So instead of an evening with my kids at the game, we TURNED AROUND AND WENT TO BLOCKBUSTER. :crying:

Its 21-19 Niagara with 8:23 to go in the 1st half.
11:56 left first half 13-12 E. Illinois leads.
UB 39 - Niagara 37 at the half. :)

Thanks for representing SUNY Buffalo. They probably don't want you to make the evening news under the headline " Bulls Fan Neglects Children for Game."

Hopre the Bulls can pull this one out.
BSU held on after being up 17 points in each half to win by 7 against a VERY athletic and scrappy IUPUI team. It was a very sloppy win, but IUPUI always brings its best against Ball State. I'll take it, especially since it was an in-state game, but we've got to shore some things up.

Akron won at Wright State. That's a solid win for them. WSU gave both BSU and Miami better games. Of course I think WSU has some turmoil going right now with a starter from last year and a pretty good player that was in the dog house, Vova Sevarovus, leaving the team.

The MAC is absolutely destroying the Horizon League head to head. I like it because those HL fans are always so sure that their conference is so much better.

That's great to hear. Buffalo has a pretty good sized arena for a MAC school. Now if only you guys could get that kind of support for football, you'd be in business.
UB & Niagara heading to overtime 68-68. UB's Rod Middleton was on the line shooting 2 with 1 and a fraction seconds left, but only made 1 of 2 to send it to overtime. The good news is that UB is 2-0 in OT games this year.

Alumni Arena was renovated last summer, replacing many of the bleachers with chairback seats, so the capacity was reduced from last year. The announced attendence at the game was just over 6000.

UB's third player just fouled out of the game. Battle has 4 fouls.

Great game! Wish I was there!!! 03-banghead
