There were loads of free tickets. Still, the people showed up. There were lots of Kentucky fans there too.

Marshall being in a tri-state area (Kentucky only 20 minutes away) helped attendance greatly.

In Ashland, KY, people are UK crazy. It's amazing to see the state allegences in this area.

Ohio is Buckeye crazy, Kentucky is Wildcat crazy and West Virginia is Herd crazy.

Needless to say, all residents are crazy.
