How is recruiting shaping up for everyone? After a slow start, primarily due to going after some bigger recruits that BCS schools were after, Toledo's recruiting this year looks real nice.
In the past two days we picked up 2 kids from New Jersey. RB DaJuane Collins is rated the #50 running back in the country by Rivals and had offers from Toledo, Penn State, Purdue, Minnesota, and Boston College. Safety Jeff Green had offers from Toledo, Minnesota, Marshall, and Louisville. Both have verballed to Toledo.
Add DT Steve Burch, 3-star recruit with offers from Toledo, Nebraska, Oklahoma State, and Oklahoma. Then there is JC WR David Nichols (3-star recruit according to Insiders) and DE Lyndon Gayle (offers from Toledo and Pittsburgh).
Of course there are other recruits, but these 5 are some pretty big recruits and hopefully there are more to come.
