in all fairness to our C-USA friends, DeAngelo Williams is top 25 if healthy.
DW is already working out on the leg...in a pool...but he's going to start land-based workouts within the next week or 2. The break was clean and is expected to heal nicely.

He'll be near the top of that list.

Oh yeah, I'm surprised to see Jacobs at #10...he should be higher!
Hoping for the best for DeAngelo.

Do you think he would have declared for the NFL it he hadn't be hurt in the GMAC bowl?

I kind of wished Leinart would have declared and Jacobs would have been at/near the top of the QB list.

Thanks...his blatent "turning down" of several local SEC schools in favor of Memphis has been huge to us. I really do think he would have stayed anyway. Even with the broken leg, he still would have likely been a top-5 RB pick (note, not top-5 overall). His mother is a very strong, positive influence in his life, and she really pushed him to finish his degree.

I think I've been more than fair with the MAC, so it shouldn't come as a shock when I say that y'all have some damn good players up there.

I was expecting Leinart to declare. I guess he wants to distance himself from being a Heisman-winning QB...since that is the curse to end all curses. The most successful one in recent memory is Charlie Ward...and his success was in the NBA!
