Mac is 2-0 with Miami and BGSU . EMU is a joke losing at Youngstown State by 19 at the half.I can't beleive Street & Smith thought these clowns would win the MAC this year. Boone is by far the worst coach in the MAC. CMU is losing to Cleveland State in 2nd half at home.
I'm already looking forward to the Miami@BG game next Sunday. BG always seems to play well against Miami, because they are the only MAC teams that play slow-tempe game. The final score will be in the 50's for each team.
CMU now leads Cleveland State 57-52 with 7:44 remaining. 04-rock

------------------------------------------------------------------------

CMU still up, 67-62 with 3:35 left. Let's complete the comeback! :saber:
YEA CMU!!!!
With 1:12 remaining: CMU 73, Cleveland State 68. The fat lady is tuning up... 04-bow

----------------------------------------------------------------------

Today, the fat lady is our friend: CMU 79, Cleveland State 70. :D

That makes the MAC 3-1 so far with EMU the only loser. 04-rock

Games in progress:

1st half - Detroit 18, Ohio 12

1st half -WMU 30, No. Iowa 28
I have yet to figure out what Eastern Michigan brings to this conference.....

Well, we brought a 79-63 butt-whupping of NIU early this week. :chair:
Ohio down 26-15 to Detroit. O'Shea 's team come out slow again.
Toledo 66
SMU 59
2:04 left
Miami's win was pretty huge for our at large NCAA tourney chances.....to insure a slot we probably need to go 4-1 in the MAC games remaining plus make the MAC finals at the Gund....may be able to go 3-2 so long as we don't lose to Marshall (which would kill our RPI big time) in the last game.
Another MAC winner:

Toledo is a winner MAC now 4-1 so far today. WMU up 47-46 2nd half and Ohio down 34-25 at the half to Detroit.
Broncos losing by double-digits with a few minutes remaining. As expected.

13-3 to start the season, 3-7 since then.
O-H-I-O OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO NICE COME BACK BOBKITTIES!
Fears fade away buzzer beater OHIO 66 Detroit 65. Bobcats win despite playing without two injured starters Mychal Green and Tarron Harbut. Nice gutsy win while shorthanded on the road. This is big character builder for this young team. The MAC is now 5-2 on the day with the WMU loss at NIU.
=>BSU loses @ home vs. Drexel 74-70. The Cardinal free fall continues.
That is 5 straight l's for Ball State if my math is correct. They have really fallen apart.
Ok, I know WKU isn't in the MAC, but anyway:

The Flashes were hanging tough, even taking the lead for a bit, but SIU has battled back and they hit a big 3 at the 4:30 mark to take a nine point lead. I don't think KSU is going to pull this one out.

The Salukis are a real tough draw....

WOW! I just got back from that game...what an ending. The best part wasn't even the 3 while falling down for Jeremy, its what he did afterwards. Jeremy Fears ran down the court and did a cartwheel and a backflip. 04-rock 04-rock

Nice win for the Bobcats...missing our top scorer, Mychal Green, and one of our best rebounders, Tarren Harbut.
