That was a nice presentation by Shatner and would have looked a little better with a preface about Bruce aboard the rocket.

It seems like RF is getting a little sensitive about losing to NIU this year. :eek: After all there seems to be some pay back due from last year and I think that Mr. Garrett Wolfe will have a lot to say about that.

It seems to me to be a game in which the Rockettes will be nervous since they upset us last year, when Wolfe decided to play bouncer. I also think we have the potential to be playing some excellent ball by the end of the year when we play you with a lot of new talent. That is what is really exciting about the coming football season is the level of recruits in the Chicago area who have decided to go to NIU with all of their success.

Now if we can just get 5 MAC teams to bowl games this year......

It’s funny that NIU dogs UT football all the time for no other reason than blowing it against us. Didn’t you guys lose to us when you were ranked, at home, on national TV in the game dubbed as the biggest in your schools history, against a team with no D?

Maybe in 20 years you guys will have the capabilities to hang with UT!

These NIU fans sure are a silly bunch, they talk smack towards Toledo like they hold the scoreboard over us. They haven't had the scoreboard in 11 freaking straight games! Give it up girls, we own you.

The worst part of all the smack talking is we have very good teams and for whatever reason collapse against Tole_o. I can't figure it out, but this year, even in the Glass Bowl, we will prevail. :D

It's pretty bad when a school references us as Tole_o despite only have 19 yards of total offense in the 2nd half and 180 yards of total offense for the whole game. I mean if we are Tole_o then they have to be N_rthern Illin_is!

I would recognize that guy anywhere. He is the one that ran all over BG's defense as Toledo scored 42 points in the 2nd half!

Toilet Bowl look or not, scooter was one of the biggest reasons why the Rockets beat the birds!

You guys are right, you have owned us. However, that doesn't change the fact that the Schattner sung TU fight song is funny.
