Seems like a good one to me. Type of guy who knows how to get the most out of his players...Heck he had 2 DE's at army do ok! He should have gotten a trophy for that.

Keep in mind that he coached DL for Eastern Illinois. Toledo's new OC came from Eastern. This could give him a clue of what to expect from Toledo's offense.
