We are apparently stuck with Bobby Wallace for another year and based on the current results of the poll to decide which Bobby Wallace should direct Temple's program in 2005, here are the leading 3 candidates:
First place - Bobby Wallace #5
Wallace is County Extension Coordinator for Marion County, Alabama and an active member of the Alabama Association of County Agricultural Agents and Specialists. he will be speaking at the 2005 Annual AACAAS Professional Improvement Conference and Annual Meeting June 2005 in Gulf Shores and will give a presentation called "Southwestern Corn Borers - a Problem in Marion County". He will also share his thoughts on the Statewide Catfish Referendum in which Alabama catfish producers will go to the polls Tuesday, March 8, to decide whether the state catfish checkoff program should be continued for five more years. When asked if he is often confused with former Northern Alabama Hall of Fame coach, Bobby Wallace, he replied "Y'all better quit that talk or I'll give ya a whuppin'. He's a loser."
Second place - Bobby Wallace #9
This Bobby Wallace’s ’37 Ford Cabriolet won three awards – 1st place in street rod car class; Best of Show Car; and Sponsor’s Pick/Best Ford at the Division II Rats Hole car/bike show held in Boone on Saturday. On Sunday, however, Wallace did not fare quite so well as his Ford was judged "Biggest Piece of S h i t" at the Division 1-A Supernationals in Wilkesboro. His Cabriolet was chosen for this less than prestigious award out of more than 950 trucks that were entered.
Third place - Bobby Wallace # 7

This Bobby Wallace is a key member of Pickie, a lawn bowling club in Bangor, Northern Ireland. Pickie came away with 5 points after a gruelling match with Division II Belmont Park. Wallace's rink were the mastery behind this win scoring 34 - 11 with his front end having a great game in a real ding dong see-saw affair through which Pickie came through relatively unscathed. However, Division 1-A Old Bleach at Home are always very hard to beat. And so Pickie found. Pickie and Old Bleach were level at 84 each but a tie end saw the Away team go through by 1 shot. Pickie lost by 18 shots. There were no good wins for a frustrated Bobby Wallace's rinks and it was hard luck on Pickie who went down 5 shots overall in a very tight battle that left Pickie languishing in the relegation area of Senior Division 1-A and Wallace guessing to nearly the last bowl. Surely, bowls in the future of Wallace are doubtful.
