The Introductory Course, at least.
Nice work by Akron. Sounds very cool. I would definately go if Kent had one, but of course, NOT going to happen. Kent had one for female fans with Coach Pees' wife as host a couple of years ago. At least Akron markets, Kent has a fine business school with a nice marketing program. Too bad no one in the athletic's dept took a course... 03-banghead 03-banghead

Which apparently is more advanced than Marshall's and a few MAC teams.
Flash, I agree with you 100%. The athletic dept is always looking for ways to get more people to the games. They need to take a lesson or two from other schools. This year they are doing a preseason kickoff sort of thing. It's like a meet and greet the team event. It's a start, but they could do so much more.
Marshall has been doing this for 6 or 7 years now, but it is for women only. It is very popular and grows each year.

Anything that can help grow your fan base and put more people in the seats is a smart thing to do.
I would like to see the local fan base increase at Miami games also. It sounds like a nice way to increase the local community also? 04-rock
