we are inside a month to kickoff.
MMMM, I love the smell of fieldturf in the morning..
It is time to step the conditioning program. The key to staying healthy for the entire season is a sound conditioning program from the get go. All football players will get nicked up over the course of the schedule. If you are in great playing shape, you are much more likely to be able to recover from the bumps and bruises everyone suffers from.

I think the OL & DL men suffer the most from nagging injuries due to the constant pounding. They are physically involved in every offensive play, unlike wide receivers, backs and safeties.

Camps will be opening in a week or so. I can't wait to hear the crunch of the pads! We have a tough opener at Arizona State. We need some MAC karma to have a chance in that game. Go Owls!!!
