QUARTERBACKS

1. USC
2. Bowling Green
Omar Jacobs is the next great MAC quarterback and is getting serious looks from the NFL scouts after his huge sophomore season. Now the pressure is on to do it again and without all the receiving weapons he enjoyed last year. He can be just as good and not put up the same ridiculous numbers. Anthony Turner is an great looking backup, but he needs game experience.
3. Texas A&M
4. Texas
5. Tennessee
6. Florida
7. Missouri
8. Toledo
Bruce Gradkowski is among the nation's most underrated quarterbacks. He's deadly accurate, tough as nails and a great leader and winner. Now only does he put up great numbers, he does it when he absolutely has to. The only concern will be keeping him healthy as he's the difference between another MAC title run and not getting to the championship. Marques Council and Clint Cochran are great looking prospects, but they're not experienced and need time.

RUNNING BACKS

1. USC
2. Oklahoma
3. LSU
4. North Texas
5. Georgia
6. Northern Illinois
NIU has the nation's most productive returning 1-2 rushing combinations in Garrett Wolfe and A.J. Harris. Not only did NIU run the ball 550 times for 2,858 yards, it lost one fumble. One. The only concern is health as the two stars get banged up, but they'll be unstoppable when their healthy. Don't expect much in the way of two-back sets as each star will get his chance to shine.

RECEIVERS

1. LSU
2. USC
3. Ohio State
As long as Ted Ginn Jr. stays at receiver to combine with Santonio Holmes, Ohio State will have one of the nation's deadliest 1-2 punches. It'll be hard to find a speedier, more electrifying pair. There are tremendous backup prospects with speed and size as Roy Hall and Devon Lyons are like tight ends with wheels. Anthony Gonzalez adds even more speed to the mix. Ryan Hamby and Rory Nicol fit the typical mold of big, productive OSU tight ends. The question becomes whether or not the Ohio A&M Aggies will open it up and get this great group the ball.

I find it funny that Toledo's offensive line is ranked 76th in the country.

And Bowling Green is also in the 70s.

Whatever.

If this is correct, we'll all be millionaires by September. We can bet the farm on Miami U! What will the spread be? 21?

I don't even like OSU but money is money.
