The game is not on the board. Since Ball State is the home team, by default, they are listed as the favorite.
No one will take your bet on that game.
Means the game is off the board (no betting) because of all the suspensions and uncertainty at BSU.
You'll see the same thing when the status of injuries to key players i unknown.
