Novak will never get us over the hump. His scheme will never beat Toledo. Yes he brought the program up but any coach can do that if they got 10 years to build it. I know all you guys love him but how long do u want to just have a second rate MAC team?

How many MAC titles? Bowl games? I can count on 1 hand. How may years do u want to give the guy. We are stuck as a good team and not a potentially great team.

I gave him credit for pulling us out of the trash but we are just stuck now. His schemes will not get us over the hump. You cant seriously dis agree with that. So we should just keep him around for another 10 years cause of what he did before? Thats not how a competitive program operates. Look at any other top notch program. Why do all of u guys want to be complacent as just a good team. Why not strive for more?
ok so you have identified a POSSIBLE problem... now provide a reasonably detailed solution. You cant complain without having a way to fix it. Who is going to take his place?

You know what I wish i had a guy in mind for the job. Of course I would want a big name but that will not happen. I wouldnt mind the offensive coordinater at Toledo or B.G. Although with the way the defense is playing we may need a defiensive minded guy. It could also be a guy who gets fired after the year. Its to early to know right now.
